How long does it usually take to build a web site?
- The projected time it may take to build your web site, of course is dependent upon open, current projects/workload and its completion. However, the normal time it typically takes for 1 to 5 pages is 5 to 7 days; for 6 to 10 pages is 10 to 13 days; for 11+ (and E-Commerce) pages, it may take from 14 to 20 days. With your cooperation and assistance, it can actually be less.
What are your design fees?
- We don't hide our fees from our customers, because they don't change from customer to customer. We are very up front about our fees and contact information, so you can feel comfortable in working with us.
  However, because we offer customized packages, the prices may vary. Please don't hesitate to contact us via our Diamond Quote Request Form, for your FREE customized quote or contact us at (850)284-0060.
Do I have to use your web hosting provider only?
- No. However, our rates and packages are affordable and include many free extras and premium add-ons. Please be able to provide us with your hosting account information, during your consultation.
What types of payments do you accept?
- After we setup your account, you may make Credit Card payments online via Pay Pal; pay Cash (in person), pay by Cashier's Check, and Money Orders.
What is the design process?
- Once you have received our Diamond Quote Request Form, and you decide to work with us, you will contact us and speak with the designer, for initial analysis and counseling, of your design. Once we are in receipt of the signed Diamond Contract & Agreement form and half (1/2) of the design payment fee, your designer will begin drafting your design. We do NOT begin work on any projects until both have been received and processed. Once your design has been completed and we have tested it internally, we contact you for final review and approval. After you have previewed the design, we complete our final finishes and configurations accordingly. Prior to your design's release/launch, the remaining half (1/2) of the design payment fee is due. Once we receive the last payment, we update your site's meta tags/data and register it with the major search engines. You are now open for business online.
Do you have monthly payment plans?
- Yes, only for our Web Hosting plans. You may either select one of our packaged plans, to include Maintenance, or without Maintenance. In addition, you may alternatively pay these plans annually as well.
Is there anything I need to provide to you in the development of my site?
- Yes. Your assigned designer will request your logo, if applicable, in an electronic format, all images ready for publication via the internet and any written text (regarding your Company, About You, Awards, Products/Services offered, etc.). And, we request you respond to all requests in a timely manner and respond to all calls/inquiries, in order to meet your established due date.
Can you develop my logo?
- Yes, Diamond Designs By Valecia Brown can assist you in designing and creating a logo that truly represents your business.
What if we don't have any images, can you provide us with any?
- Yes. If you don't have any images, we can provide stock photos from a number of sources to express who you are in a professional manner. Also, for LOCAL CLIENTS, you can schedule to have us take personalized photos and video to use on your new site.
Can you write content for our web site?
- Yes. It is included in every package, which incorporates information received from you.
Will I have any input in the design process?
- Of course. You hired us, so in order to provide you with a customized design, we need to hear from you. We need to know who you are, what you represent, your overall goals and what YOU WANT! The more input from you, trust us, the better.
What if I need to make a change to my web site?
- Prior to your Web site's launch, any major appendages to your "in process" design, which contractually alters the previous signed Diamond Contract & Agreement form, a Diamond Contract Addendum form will be required to reflect these changes to the design, conditions, etc. Post launch regular maintenance/change requests, may be made via our online Diamond Maintenance Request form.
Who will own my site, upon completion?
- You will, after final payment. All rights to the images and any copyrights/trademarks as well, are transferred to you.
